Tune up the bike. Find your helmet.
The bike hash will begin at 6:30 at the Terrace Hill Open Space. Enter from the Bishop Street side near Augusta.
Bring: bike, helmet, lighting, whistle, $5, and virgins.
Don’t bring: hope, respect, dignity or class. Dogs are going to be a tough pull on this one (sorry for the visual). Leave the $2000 road bike home. That banana seat monkey bar handlebar thing with tassels is perfect. Or just steal your roommate’s sweet mountain bike.
The trail is about 8 to 9 miles through some of the most pristine portions of San Luis Obispo. I promise. All (almost all) of the trail is 100% bike trail / road riding. I mean….would I make you port your bike across a stream? That would be dic*y!
3 beer stops! You will not need an ID or cash unless you just wanna stop at your favorite watering hole (lamplighter?)
No walker trails. For f*cks sake. You are on a bike!
I will be at the A early. 6:00 ish. I call the back of my pickup a “Pump and Lube Station”. If you need help with your bike I will have simple bike tools, a pump and well…..lube. Just sayin’
